Responsibilities for this position include:
- Managing the display and ensure all potential leads are followed up in order to exceed targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers whilst maintaining a focus on closing the sale.
- Developing and maintaining a network with land developers, community providers etc.
- Min. 2 years experience as a New Homes Sales Consultant
- High customer focused and performance driven
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional in your standards
- Have the ability to work autonomously
- Motivated and driven
- Proven sales experience in residential markets
