Whilst expanding their business they require an Assistant Commercial/Residential Property Manager with more than 2 years' experience in the industry to join their team in an effective manner.
The Client is a reputable business and is wanting to take that next step and grow the team with the right experience and personalities.
- Liaise with Property Managers, owners and, builders
- You will have an Assistant on hand to assist with any duties
- Maintain a high-level of Client Relationships
- Assist the front of house with phone duties
- Effectively complete tasks within your hours' of work
- 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- A positive attitude with a professional presentation
- A clear understanding of the Property Management ACT
- Goals to progress in your career
- Promoting the growth of the company
- Certificate of Registration
- Receptionist experience
