Due to the ongoing success of the business, an opportunity has become available for an experienced, technically capable draftsperson to play a lead role in producing structural drafting to a high degree of accuracy for a range of projects. This is a central and pivotal leadership role within the wider team and the incumbent will play an active role in servicing a high-profile client base on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Duties will involve:
  • Develop and maintain drafting QA procedures and standards to a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Provide drafting solutions to meet individual client needs, and produce completed structural Revit drawings of a high standard.
  • Manage drafting staff workload, and high-quality delivery on projects and assist with staff mentoring.
  • Fully conversant with all relevant Revit structural drafting procedures, and BIM where required for projects.
To be considered for this role, you will possess considerable experience in a similar role, ideally in a managerial capacity, overseeing the output and development of others. You will have a high level of structural Revit drafting experience, including management of drafting scope and deliverable for structural engineers. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
