Intermediate Structural Engineer
Our client is a high-quality, boutique engineering consultancy, based out of a lively office in Auckland’s CBD.
Due to the ongoing success of the business, an opportunity has become available for a motivated, pragmatic structural engineer to join the team at an intermediate level. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing design solutions to meet individual client needs, and produce structural engineering designs and documentation. You will work autonomously on smaller projects and on components of larger projects and attend design meetings and site meetings.
The company has a strong brand and culture and has been founded on an ethos of providing exceptional service to their clients. They work on a diverse range of projects, with predominant capability in the $20-50m range, including multi-storey residential and industrial buildings.
To be considered for this role, you will require at least 3 years’ relevant structural engineering experience and have a strong practical knowledge of New Zealand building codes and practices. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be adept at building first-rate relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
