My client is a Multi-disciplinary, global Architectural group, recognised for their excellence in design and broad range of experience across all sectors. Currently, they are looking to expand their team, due to a number of upcoming commercial projects, this role is available immediately for the right candidate and is Auckland-based.


Reporting to the Project Architect, you will be placed in an environment that encourages personal growth, development, and professional progression. This is a great opportunity for an individual wanting to prove themselves and fast track their career.


You will be an easy-going, sociable person, the successful candidate will have a strong commercial background and 3 plus years experience, working as a Technician.


The purpose of your position includes, but are not limited to the following:


  • To compile documentation for resource and building consent
  • You will help maintain 3D-Modules
  • Assisting with RFP
  • Detailed designs and drawings on Revit

Pre-requisite requirements:


  • Software: Revit (Advanced), Rhyno, 3DS-max, and Adobe Photoshop Suite
  • Familiarity with families and clash detection
  • Commercial Background is a must
  • You will need 3 plus years experience, actively working as an Architectural Technician
