Established in 2010, we have brought together some of the industry's most experienced, proactive and dedicated recruitment executives servicing all levels across our areas of expertise. Currently with over 150 Consultants and 11 offices in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, UK, and Dublin, our goal is to offer a global service with a boutique approach.

Our specialisations within the partnership are presently Stirling Andersen – Insurance & Wealth; Walker Andersen - Accounting & Finance; and Baker Andersen - Property & Construction. All brands work cohesively, servicing our key accounts across specialisms, state and international borders; therefore understanding our clients’ needs from a local and global level.

We are experienced in providing contingent, executive and high volume recruitment strategies and we tend to specialise in what are perceived to be 'hard to fill" roles.

Although we have a strong advertising presence, in both traditional and social media formats; we focus on generating candidates through a referral and networking approach that taps into the "passive" market.

We pro-actively host; industry focused, networking and educational forums or seminars, often in conjunction with industry bodies and clients.
